Can't complete "End of trail" quest

I did the exploration, got a notice saying I received 1x End of Trail, cannot complete quest. Do not have an "End of Trail" item in my bag, but I do have a Slimy Arrow.

Hello,

For a lot of quest, you'll receive an invisible item. You can't see them in your bag, but there's a marker on the screen quest logs.

There's a green V on the right on the "screen" quest log
For exemple :

5 -> invisible item, I don't have it for the moment
6 -> classic items, I have the 2 papers but not the jewel

(can't help you more for the moment "end of trail" is not a quest and there's more than one "trail" quest in game
if it's the one with Jinili Gourin, juste go to 33,168 - there's a "hint location" on the map - to find her, talk with her and receive the next part of the quest, something about "go home" -> craneharbor).
