my character ShelaLove on Lanfar server

Doesn''t have a button popup to do this daily quest. I was sure this is a bug so sent in a bug report to support@virty.com about 2 weeks ago
I haven't heard anything and the bug was still present as of today. The bug cuts off the whole section below the text part at footbridge in
the howling swamps. The part missing starts with a Question .....What would you like to do? .The question is missing as well as the section
with the button to( Supply wood to Gedeon ) . I was hoping by posting here to maybe get a response or fix.

I asked you if you're sure you did the previous step (Chanderian route, Enorwen) and had no answer.
I checked and the quest is "Todo" for your character.

thanks for the help I thought I had done all prerequsites but still had to click finish on chanderian route quest.
