Excuse me, I have two types of problems:
1) if I use with my 1st character sharing the house on a Falconia structure, then I can revoke this action and make it on another house or inn?
2) if a classmate mistakenly destroys its soil cavern will NEVER build something (not having permission obtained by the quest), and unable to make referrals that are present in that place?

It's normal we can revoke and use the key again and again 
they are not linked on a character, so only a few number of key would be enough for a whole server...
