Game won't update. I get the message that an update is available and that the game will automatically "donwload" when the game restarts.

All that happens when I click ok is that it returns me to www.theriansaga.com and when I try to reload the game I get the same update message nothing seems to have been downloaded.

please advise on how to update game.

clearing my cache worked for me.

And it works for 99.999% of the people that have the same problem after an update ;) for the other, we make our best to find a solution (forum or support).

for me not working on IE11 and Win10 :/ clearing cache not helping

I need a little bit more help, as I'm not as computer savvy. I started playing a few days ago using Safari on my Mac, and it was working just fine. Now I'm having the same issue as the original poster.

I tried logging out and back in. I tried right clicking and deleting the Therian Saga data from Silverlight. I tried opening it on Chrome instead of Safari and had the same issue. I had trouble finding the right files to delete in my "Cache". I ended up finding and deleting ~Library/Caches/.com.apple.safari/WebKitCache/Version 4/Records/Therian Saga. After a decent amount of searching, that was all I could find related to Therian Saga.

Can anyone else explain in detail what else I should try? Is there somewhere else I should be looking in "Caches"? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Hi :)

1. Try to download the Client, available on the main page : http://www.theriansaga.com -> it's more efficient with silverlight and don't use the cache of a browser

2. If you can't or won't, open your browser and press at the same time
ctrl alt E
It will open a box. Accept by pressing the "clear" button.

If not, open Safari, press F1 and on the index tab, search "cache" and read the section "clear the cache". It can be different according the version you have.

Success! Thank you so much, Naelline. I wasn't able to open the client version, because I have a Mac and the file is for Windows. But I was able to clear my Cache on safari and now the game is working.
