Bug: Mail with attachments deleted

Hello,

Sniq sent a mail to my char Dombili 12 or 13 September with 5 items attached. I picked 3 items and left 2 (to remember what to do with them and not to mix with my mats). Apparently I got enough emails to push it to the bottom to be deleted as I cannot find it. There is supposed to be 14x steel plates and 6x odi reinforcements.

Can you tell me if this behavior is intended or a bug? And is there a way to find the mats?

You can see only the 20 newest message in your mailbox ingame. Delete some of them and restart the game, you will see the oldest

Never mind, deleted tons of emails and they showed up.
