Francesca's Kidnapping

My alt, Lori, is doing the Francesca's Kidnapping quest. I got the 1st clue and spoke to Camille and Perenelle. Thew forest trail hasn't popped up and I used up 2 BC looking for it. I've been looking at 32,252.

Shouldn't the Forest Trail have popped up after speaking with Camille and Perenelle?

It's a little further, with "The investigation goes on", that you receive the Forest trail
I checked and that quest is in the "Todo" list of Lori.
