Tutorial is outdated

The tutorial you get for doing the exploration training again and Ilia's dialogue mentioned I'd be able to get a optional quest from her but someone said that it no longer exists? I spent a long time trying to figure out what did I do wrong for it to bug out(created a 2nd account and found a shack and quarry)

Also I'm assuming that when leaving you aren't meant to get a choice about where to go despite everything claiming the opposite.

It might be good idea to make sure the tutorial is up to date before steam release.
