Сдается мне админ вас порезал на прокси сервере.
Возможно стоит зайти к нему с пакетом...

Could you try giving us the result of the following command lines:
ping play.theriansaga.com
and
tracert play.theriansaga.com
I'm not sure what is that
zapret@zapret.local but it's clearly not one of our servers.
