1) take the quest "With discretion", but don't complete.
2) take the quest "Unidentified remains" and then "Flames and ruins"

Bug:
I don't have a Molin key, because the "With discretion" is uncompleted
I can not enter to Molins' quarters, cos I have no Molin key
I can't complete "Flames and ruins", cos I can't enter to Molins' quarters for a quest battle.
I can't complete the "With discretion", cos I can't see Carina Haas-Molin at A4, cos the "Flames and ruins" is uncompleted

I think еhe beginning of the "Unidentified remains" requires the completion of the "With discretion".
