I got some complaints from players that when having registered after the server migration they didn't get a confirmation e-mail... and now after more than a week they can't login anymore. Anyone else having this problem?
And is there a solution for this?

The best is to send an email to support@virtys.com using the email address of the account (and asking to confirm the email).
Right now the support has a lot to do but we will process them as soon as possible.
We will also get a list of emails that failed, maybe we'll find out why.

Yes I told them to write to support@virtys.com, apparently they didn't get an answer... could also be fault on their part, don't if other people have that problem, too....
