Polish server is not working.

Like in tittle, there is whine mode on polish side ;x

-after login, game will drop into main site (login from www)
-after login nothing happend (client)

Basicaly only polish server is not working.

Server has been restarted. The game will be back online in few minutes.
Update: we have some issue with the hardware. Created a ticket with our host provider to check it.

Our host provider is still working on it.
We tried to restart the server multiple times and we are trying to find the issue, if it is an hardware issue, they will need to replace the rack and this takes some time.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, we have no control over that.

Do not you have to blame, I understand that this situation is random, but it would have been nice though to know what is going on or to sit and wait or does not make sense for the next few hours. This is not your fault, but our not, and we lose another hour no one we probably do not reward.

yes the server keeps going down. We have to start a diagnostic (our host provider) and this can take from 2 to 12 hours.
Doing our best to bring it online as soon as possible.

It is an hardware failure... I do not think GameForge can avoid that too
Those failures are very rare and we are very unlucky to get one.

The issue was with the memory, one of the DIMM was basically dead and they had to replace it.

We are talking about hardware failure here... If the server hardware is not working we need to replace it... DB backup will not help with this in anyway...
