This is the second time in 2 weeks, they will have the change the mother board I think and it may take few hours. Will keep your updated.

This is happening again after update, so maybe next time you guys finish update/maintaince check if all servers are working. It'll save you some time and players won't complain on forum

We have no control over the hardware and our provider is checking it right now.
The memory was the issue last time but it looks like the motherboard is actually damaged and without running a full diagnostic (12 to 24 hours) they could not detect it.

Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and I understand your frustration. Me and the hardware provider are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible...

This is an hardware issue. The update has nothing to do with the problem unfortunatly
Our provider did some diagnostic last time and changed one memory unit but it looks like the problem is coming back so they are going to check the motherboard this time.

In the mean time I'm looking to start a new machine for backup.

Will keep you informed

Also, we are going to give you some infusion to make up with the down time.
I will add several infusion (will depend of the total down time including 2 weeks ago) to all account with at least one active character on Hypporiel (created before today)
