Russian - Migration log book

Hi,
We will log here details about the migration of the RU servers.
We are expecting a small downtime on the 27 when we will merge all accounts togethers, we cannot specify the exact time at the moment.- The RU realms are closed.
- Backup and secure transfer of the databases are in progress.
- Some servers still in shipment from Russia to Canada.
- Migration script of account in validation.

Indeed.
All data is now on our side, there was problem with the initial transfer and unpacking, those servers are huges.
Next step is to link everyone together.

Things are going well, the servers are now working on doing the heroes tasks of the day. And RU account are in the process of import.
I'll give you a few details on how to find your RU account soon.

Hi,
All seem to be done, we are still monitoring the restart of the server. That was a tricky operation so we hope all things are well.
So, here is some rules:
The way to log to your account is by using your email address and your password. In the event that you had an account on our server and the russian server, the oldest one is renamed with the prefix _old_
So, let say I have a RU and Virtys account with "test@virtys.com", the oldest account will be renamed "_old_test@virtys.com"

Question: If you buy in the game a ferry for 100 Cron! Can I transfer my account from another account player in my account or not?

Astral, i'm able to find button )
But i have RU account linked with FB, and have EU empty account (no chars) linked to same FB too
And i log into EU account...

Не додумался удалить аккаунт тут, а только поменял почту - в итоге почта была тоже под 1м из аккаунтов!
Так вот итог в том, что не перенесли мне чара с него сегодня удалил аккаунт - кому написать адрес почты и пароль - что бы мне вернули аккаунт русский ?

Толку восстанавливать пароль... при авторизации через FB пароля нет как такового

Так заходить теперь не через FB, а через ввод почты и пароля.

Добавь к своей почте префикс _old_ и заходи.

обманул FB через запрос сброса пароля для _old_почта_от_FB
но тут надо либо ящик регать новый, либо алиас вешать к существующему (доступно на частных почтовых серверах)
