Den Inn question
Den Inn question
I made an inn in Den, with 47 comfort and 33 prestige. The only companions I have to recruit are the crowd muddler and wordles arm. Where are the other companions?
Re: Den Inn question
You need at least 45comfort and 45 prestige for all of them to show up.
Re: Den Inn question
I've used the Den Inn stats listed in this topic, all marapis structures, cedar thatch roofs, a nuert bed with mohair bedding and a Crodor statue and still only getting 33 prestige.
What am I doing wrong here??

Re: Den Inn question
The problem is the crodor trophy gives high leadership, not high prestige. The only way to get 45/45 with a crodor trophy is to use an expensive salandrin/gurdismo counter. My guess is you need a better counter, or you need to take the hit on leadership and replace your crodor trophy with a complex marble statue.
Re: Den Inn question
This page http://therian-saga.wikia.com/wiki/Inn contains the set up I've been using for all my Inns, depending on location. It has everything up to and including the Den (two variations, depending on whether or not you want the extra Leadership boost). No Norstria, though, which I suppose it means I'll have to look for another info source when I get there. Do you even get anything unique from Norstria Inns?
Re: Den Inn question
For most Inns:
Now with crodor taking up your ornement slot, you need prestige to come from somewhere else.
- Comfort comes from the counter if you want 40-41, and from furniture if you want more than 41
- Prestige comes from a stone ornement
Now with crodor taking up your ornement slot, you need prestige to come from somewhere else.
- Getting 45 comfort from the counter is possible only with salancedar which makes it quite costly so comfort should come from furniture. It is however possible to do just that and have prestige come from a trone.
- Getting 45 prestige from counter is much less costly and can be done with gurdismo or salandrin. ( 50+ in prestige form the counter however is costly and would require azulio or soletto. 50+ prestige has very limited use anyway, it basically allows you to harvest Redauroch in passive with the stone-sage legendary.) You then get comfort using a good bed like nuert-mohair or nuert-huberian
- A third option consist into putting both comfort and prestige in the bed. If you want to go for the max possible comfort, the salancedar-wingu bed actually also gives enough prestige for a final 66 comfort and 50 prestige in the Inn but is not craftable (lev 82 in normal quality). The top actually craftable is salancedar-olkgu for 65 confort and 48 prestige for the Inn. But you aren't likely to want to pay the price. Slightly less pricey Azulio-Jutug bed give a final 53 comfort and 49 prestige.

Hey Gopol.
I don't have an olkgu bedding at my disposal
What level is the olkgu bed ?

Re: Den Inn question
@JBento, I'd like to be able to recruit all the Den companions, especially the Wandering Polymath. Would substituting a complex marble statue for the Crodor head give me all the Den Companions?
Re: Den Inn question
Yes it would.

I personally have no idea - I haven't built my Den Inn yet. That page hasn't failed me yet, though, so if that's what it says, I'd venture a "yes."

Salancedar - Olkgu bed requires level 77 woodworking in max quality.
Comfort 56, Prestige 42 (before taking the inn bonus into account. 65 comfort & 48 prestige with inn bonus included)
