MAJ 1.28 Grimaldaz, chapitre II/ Update 1.28 : Grimaldaz, chapter II/

Bonjour!

La mise à jour 1.28: Grimaldaz 2 s’effectuera le 23 avril. Nous avons préféré la faire au début de la semaine prochaine plutôt que de la faire vendredi. S’il y a des problèmes, cela nous permettra d’agir plus rapidement.

Voici les principaux éléments de la MAJ:
  • Trois nouvelles régions dans Grimaldaz
  • Une vingtaine de nouveaux sites
  • Une vingtaine de nouvelles quêtes (il y en aura plus dans la prochaine MAJ)
  • Une dizaine de nouveaux monstres errants
  • De nouveaux familiers accessibles à tous qui sont liés aux réputations de faction. Pour obtenir les familiers, vous aurez besoin des cors achetés
  • dans les magasins spéciaux.
  • De nouveaux magasins pour les factions des Fauconniers, du Duché et de la société des,lettres
  • De nouvelles substances (3)
  • De nouvelles plantes (4)
  • Un nouveau cuir
  • De nouvelles recettes (4)
  • Un nouveau compagnon légendaire
  • De nouveaux hauts faits (7)
  • Modifications aux quêtes de réputation Fauconniers, Société des Lettres et Duché
  • Ajout d’un nouveau site dans le Lanfar pour aider à la visibilité d’une vieille quête: “Tu me rends un service?” dans la série de la quête “Le mari disparu”
  • Plusieurs corrections orthographiques
  • Corrections de bogues

Hello!

Update 1.28: Grimaldaz 2 will take place on April 23rd. We preferred to do it early next week instead of Friday. If there are any problems, we will be able to act quickly that way.

Here are the main elements of the update:

  • Three new regions in Grimaldaz
  • About twenty new sites
  • Twenty new quests (there will be more in the next update)
  • A dozen new wandering monsters
  • New pets accessible to all. They are linked to the faction.
  • To get pets, you will need horns purchased at special stores.
  • New stores for the Falconers, Duchy and the Society of letters factions
  • New substances (3)
  • New plants (4)
  • New leather
  • New recipes (4)
  • A new legendary companion
  • New Achievements (7)
  • Changes to the reputation quests Falconers, Society of letters and Duchy
  • Added a new site in Lanfar to make an old quest clearer: "Will you do me a favour?" In the quest line "The Missing Husband"
  • Several spelling corrections
  • Bug fixes

Looks intresting :)

Just not very clear to me:
- Changes to the reputation quests Falconers, Society of letters and Duchy - can we get details otherwise i cant get what to expect ... more/less yelds, different approach, different timers, making those long 8h turn ins actually having any use ...or ?

Looks like I'll have a good amount to update for max effective skills hopefully :)

Are you going to be improving the predator scale boots to better reflect their difficulty in acquiring, and to match other armor components?

I will rephrase the boots question. Are we getting better boots than owl's this update?
Also: are familiars still visual only? No bonus stats?

Familiar will give bonus stat yes

And yes the new leather will allow you to make better boots. But we won't improve the previous boots.

Our plans for the next years is to keep going on with 3 or 4 "major updates" a year. Like we said before the Unity project is on hold. It is not in our plan in the near future to complete it, but if there is any change we will tell all of you, officially.
